Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all North American distribution centers.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to provide clear visibility of operational performance to leadership (experience with PowerBI or Tableau required).
- Identify and investigate variances, performance gaps, and root causes, providing actionable recommendations.
- Partner with the VP to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
- Support the development of annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Affiliate with capital investment projects, network optimization, and automation initiatives.
Process Improvement & Best Practices
- Collaborate with site leaders to standardize reporting and performance measurements across the network.
- Support Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement projects with data analysis and business case development.
- Maintain post-implementation results of process changes to ensure benefits are realized.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with Operations, Finance, Inventory Planning, Customer Service, Quality, and IT to align operational performance with corporate goals.
- Support the integration of acquisitions and/or new facilities into the reporting and performance framework.
- Provide data-driven insights to help resolve service challenges or customer escalations.
