Logistics Analyst
This position is being recruited in support of a proposal and is contingent upon contract award.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Analyzes transactions/data to determine problem areas
- Determines the feasibility of consolidating, eliminating, or expanding interrelated supply systems functions
- Provide the impact of new/proposed changes to the system/regulations
- Coincide with functional users to resolve operational and procedural problems
- Research potential functional problem areas
- Perform as the Warehouse Management System (WMS) POC to serve as the focal point for the Government in receiving communications and responding to information pertaining to WMS
- Identify workload trends and proactively identify potential issues
- Perform all other duties as required
What you will need to be successful in this role
- Minimum of three years of experience within the last five years using Warehouse Management System (WMS) or equivalent software systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, Warehouse Management, and Inventory Management Systems
- Knowledge of military supply chain processes and inventory practices
- This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum)
- Eligibility for a government CAC and Secret Security Clearance (if required)
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Distribution Management, Business Management, or Business Administration from a four-year institution
- Proficient in teamwork, communication, presentation, and negotiation
- Skilled in planning, managing, and completing projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledgeable about aerospace and defense supply chains

About the Role
