Responsibilities
- Cookout Logistics Analyst 1 to support material planning, inventory coordination, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Cookout the ordering, tracking, receiving, storage, and shipment of materials used to support engineering and testing operations.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure materials are available to meet operational demands.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
- Order materials from other facilities and track deliveries.
- Review work orders, production schedules, and material requirements to determine priorities.
- Verify the accuracy of materials, documentation, and inventory records.
- Record inventory, shipment, and production-related data.
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and logistics personnel to support daily operations.
- Aid with warehouse and material handling activities while following safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, shipping, receiving, supply chain, or related fields.
- Internship experience will be considered.
- Associate's degree preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and dependable.

Work Environment
- Combination of office and warehouse/shop-floor work.
- Daily interaction with engineers, technicians, and logistics team members.
- Steel-toe boots and safety glasses required in designated areas.
- Team-oriented environment with hands-on involvement in material movement and inventory management.
Pay
$22-$24/hr + PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Match 100%
Schedule
Onsite | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
