About the role
Contribute to high-impact programs supporting both domestic and international customers while working alongside a talented, collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Support Program Manager to support proposals, Product Support Analysis (PSA), and customer guidance and training.
- Develop Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) and Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD).
- Translate complex requirements into actionable logistics solutions that deliver real value to customers.
- Guide customers in achieving their Product Support Analysis goals through best practices.
- Contribute to Product Support proposals, gaining visibility across the full program lifecycle.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of direct experience supporting MTA or PTD development.
- Experience in product development and sustainment of aerospace or defense systems.
- Familiarity with MIL-STD-1388-2B or GEIA-STD-0007.
- Experience with Product Support database software such as SLICwave, EAGLE, or Power LOG-J.
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office applications.

- Flexibility to occasionally work overtime and travel (less than 10%).
