About the role
The Logistician II manages cyclic inventory, strict accountability, property book records, and dispersion of all property associated with the MACC-TTE. This position manages the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services required by the government, ensuring complete compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Army Supply and Services Career Management Field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement or contracting, preferably within a government or military environment.
- Proven experience performing property accountability functions to include hand receipt procedures and detailed inventories of all types of Army property.
- Experience performing all core functions of a supply operation to include ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies, taking rapid actions to expedite parts, and researching alternative items.
- Strong operational understanding of FAR, DFARS, and Army procurement policies and procedures.
