Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for various property requests and enter/remove property records from Navy ERP as required.
- Develop and implement processes to comply with various Navy Property Management policies and procedures.
- Perform an annual inventory and location validation using the Navy ERP database generated listings.
- Establish site visit schedules to minimize disruption while meeting annual inventory deadlines.
- Maintain an inventory report of materials with inventory accountability and security.
- Aid inventory auditors and inspection teams during site visits or data calls.
- Visit Government sites to inventory property assets using barcode readers and computers.
- Support NIWC Pacific Annual Inventory review with inventory analysis and data collection.
- Place received material into inventory, manage stored inventory, and remove material for delivery.
- Conduct wall-to-wall inventories, cycle counts, and validate current holdings.
- Maintain the inventory management system to ensure accuracy.
- Perform transactions within the APSR for inventory management.
- Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
- Track and trace shipments and manage shipment schedules.
- Provide delivery services for all material using appropriate work devices.
- Update an active warehouse project material inventory as equipment is received, shipped, or moved.
- Document preparation and procurement support for equipment and material procurement using various methods.
Qualifications and Skills
- Three years of relevant experience.
- High school education.
- Security clearance (Secret).
