Responsibilities
- Aid accountable property officers and responsible officers in establishing and executing inventory plans.
- Collaborate with the N4 Command Property Branch to identify assets meeting accountable property criteria.
- Define and document property and commodity management processes and requirements, and audit requirements.
- Implement force-wide property policies and recommend local procedures for compliance.
- Create local SOPs to enhance compliance with NSWC policies.
- Provide expertise on APSR use and assist with data extractions and manipulations.
- Verify the accuracy of APSR transactions.
- Understand and assist with non-APSR commodity management systems.
- Assist in transitioning commodities between APSR and NSWC-specific IT systems.
- Plan storage locations, catalog items, and establish local property management programs.
Qualifications
- Two (2) years’ experience in logistics support to major government systems or logistics operations.
- One (1) year experience with APSR peripheral equipment and AIT systems.
- One (1) year experience with WebFLIS, SOCOM Catalog Request Module, EMI, and FED LOG.
- One (1) year experience with requisitions and troubleshooting in MFP-2 and MFP-11 systems.
- One (1) year experience with OM&S and GE accountability.
- One (1) year experience with DPAS for data calls, report development, and metrics.
- One (1) year experience with DPAS WM and PA functionalities.
- Compliance with CNSWCINST 4460.1F, CNSWCINST 5200.45, SOCOM Directive 700-2, and SOCOM Directive 700-3.
