About the role
Decision Technologies, Inc. is seeking a qualified Logistician in Arlington, VA. This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work situations and requires 100% on-site, in-office work. The selectee will perform as the Decision Technologies Logistician for a US Navy Weapons Engineering and Program Acquisition Support contract.
YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR A DOD SECRET CLEARANCE
Responsibilities
- Support logistics planning and coordination with Navy field activities, hardware contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Develop and deliver technical briefings and fleet communications, including advisory messages and technical bulletins
- Resolve supply support issues and oversee provisioning documentation, spares budget submissions, and inventory data updates
- Review and update of lifecycle logistics products, including sustainment plans, ordnance assessments, demilitarization/disposal plans, technical manuals, and Integrated Logistics Assessments
- Conduct ILS impact analysis for Engineering Change Proposals and provide recommendations for logistics integration
- Manage fleet missile inventory data, perform “what-if” budget scenarios, and support Navy Ordnance Inventory Management readiness requirements
- Assist with government-owned asset management and contribute data inputs for O&MN requirements and spares modeling across
Qualifications
The required qualifications for this role include at least 6 years’ experience with logistics and/or lifecycle support of US Navy platforms or weapon systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Business discipline
- Direct experience with fielding and logistics support for specific Navy terminal defense systems such as RAM and CIWS
- Knowledge of FMS and international programs and experience with international customers
- An active DoD SECRET clearance
- Prior SIPR account and experience using SIPR systems
- Ability to work effectively with team members and subcontractors from various technical, acquisition, and administrative disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and deliver coherent and concise customer presentations

Pay
The pay range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 USD per year.
