About the Role

We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals for Datacenter Logistics Associate positions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. This role is integral to the operational excellence of a large-scale infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper stock is maintained for build and repair activities.
• Receive, maintain, and check-out parts as needed to technicians and engineers.
• Load and unload shipments and transport parts between different locations.
• Keep precise records of all commodities moving in and out of the facility.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all workspaces.
• Handle vendor relationships as required.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Able to read and take direction in English.
• Willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Must be able to lift loads of up to 49 pounds and carry them for short distances; may participate in group lifts of 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Coordinate body movements when using tools or equipment.
• Reach and stretch to position equipment and fixtures while maintaining balance.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs safely (applies to sites with stairs).
• Regularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Inventory Management Systems.
• Understanding of inventory control methodology.
• Demonstrated positive work attitude and leadership skills.
• Commitment to a culture of safety.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Work Environment

• Requires standing, sitting, and walking for prolonged periods.
• Work is conducted in office and warehouse environments, with noise levels varying from low to loud.
• Work with and/or around moving mechanical parts.
• Temperature is typically between 60 and 90 degrees and may occasionally exceed 90 degrees.
• Occasionally exposed to extreme cold or hot weather.
