Logistic Loading Crewmember

Location: Sparta, TN • Full-time • Shift: 8pm Until Finished • Starting rate: $18.00 per hour + excellent benefits

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently load product sales and transfer orders onto trucks using a forklift or other materials handling equipment.
• Follow all processes and procedures involving load placement, weight distribution, and the strapping and securing of loads on trucks and trailers to prevent product damage during transit.
• Possess basic computer skills and perform routine tasks on desktop and/or handheld computers.
• Climb up/onto/into trucks or trailers to check or secure loads.
• Lift and carry loads up to 75 pounds occasionally; request help for loads over 75 pounds.
• Continuously lift and manipulate parts from 5 to 50 pounds.
• Perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, kneeling, crouching, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder level, and pushing/pulling material.
• Work daily overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Post-offer physical and drug screen required.
