We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting and decide sections.

We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay (starting wage). Schedule (Monday through Saturday – Fluctuating day shift hours). Benefits (list). So include those sections.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed those. Check for any repeated content: we included core commitments? Not needed as separate section; we could incorporate them into Skills or Competencies. Already have Competencies section. We have not included "Working Conditions" section; we could add as a section if there is substantive content. The posting includes a detailed Working Conditions paragraph. Should we include it? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. There is real content. So we could add aWorking Conditions

- . However we already have many sections; but we can add if it's substantive. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we already have many sections; adding another may be okay if it's substantive. However we might combine Working Conditions into Skills or Requirements? It's about physical requirements, maybe better as its own section. But we already have Skills covering some physical abilities. The Working Conditions includes lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, balancing, extended computer work, handling hazardous materials, vision requirements, various settings, extended day/evening/weekend work, night driving, inclement weather, weight/height limits. That's substantive. Could be its own section.
We need to decide: The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We have many sections already; maybe we should merge some. For example, we could merge Skills and Competencies into a single "Skills and Competencies" section. Or merge Requirements and Skills into "Qualifications". But the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It suggests we can use those headings if content exists. It didn't say we must use all; we can choose. It says "use
