Lodgekeeper Winter 2026-2027 H2B Visa In-Country Extension

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned Public/Common areas of the Club in strict accordance with standards.
• Aid with member laundry as needed (occasionally loading cleaning rags in and out of front-load, residential style, stacked washers and dryers and occasionally folding linen hand towels used in front-of-house restrooms).
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including but not limited to, sweeping; scrubbing; mopping; dusting; polishing; vacuuming; sanitizing and shampooing.
• Move from building to building in all weather conditions.
• May be asked to resupply our Membership areas on top of the ski slopes.
• Conduct deep cleans of all Public/Common areas as assigned.
• Ensure all Membership Public/Common areas, locker rooms, rest rooms, departmental offices, and Employee areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Operate within various Lodgekeeping teams to achieve an exceptional level of efficiency and quality as they relate to Lodgekeeping services.
• Follow assigned checklists, cleaning instructions and meet timeliness deadlines.
• Check stock levels of all consumables and replace appropriately.
• Report all needed maintenance issues to supervisors or management immediately.
• Converse with the Membership and guests at a high level, being aware of their needs and being able to follow through on meeting those needs.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of our Members and the Public/Common areas being cleaned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial laundry experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required.
• Speak/write English clearly/legibly.
• Occasionally talk and/or hear.
• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
• Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items.
• Constantly stand/walk/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands/arms.
• Use vision to determine accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned.
• May be required to work outside in heat, extreme cold, rain, wind, snow or inclement weather.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Pass a pre-employment background check, paid by the employer, carried out equally among U.S. workers and H-2B workers.
