About the role

Seeking a psychiatric professional for a comprehensive psychiatric emergency program (CPEP) located above the ER.

This role offers a dynamic environment focused on emergency psychiatric care with comprehensive support and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Providing psychiatric assessments
• Managing 8-12 patients per shift
• Handling med/surg floor consults as needed
• Managing 30-50 patients of all ages in the CPEP, with a discharge rate of 70-80%

Schedule

• Primarily 12am - 8am on weekdays and Sunday nights
• Shifts range from 4 to 16 hours, favoring 8-12 hour shifts

Requirements

• Relevant psychiatric experience
• Ability to handle a high-volume patient environment
• Flexibility for overnight shifts

Pay

Competitive hourly compensation of $185.00 to $220.00.
