Locums Pediatrician Position

About the role

Seeking a versatile physician role with both outpatient and inpatient duties in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a combined outpatient and inpatient schedule, including inpatient rounding, admissions, discharges, and ER consults.
• Provide nursery coverage for Level II nursery, including rounds and consultations.
• Handle an average of 20 patients daily in the clinic.
• Participate in one 24-hour call day weekly and one weekend per month.
• Maintain nursery census of 3-5 and inpatient cases of 3-4 weekly.

Requirements

• Experience in outpatient and inpatient care, including nursery and ER.
• Strong clinical skills with ability to manage diverse patient cases.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Duties

• Provide comprehensive patient care in clinic and hospital settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient management.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage.
