Locums Pathologist Opportunity

About the role

This role involves working in a hospital-based pathology lab setting, with responsibilities including rounding on assigned patients, processing 40-60 blocks per shift with histotech support, and participating in duties during a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, with every other weekend on call (beeper call).

Responsibilities

• Performing pathology lab tasks and patient rounding
• Managing a high volume of cases with support from histotechnologists
• Providing coverage during scheduled shifts and on-call weekends

Qualifications And Skills

• BLS certification required
• Experience in a hospital pathology setting preferred

Pay

Compensation ranges from $180.00 to $220.00 per hour, including pay, overtime, call, and holiday pay.

Schedule
