Responsibilities
Provide hospital coverage including floor, OR, and ICU; assist in OR as first assistant; perform rounding in emergency and trauma ICU; manage trauma inpatient care; and potentially perform chest tube thrombolytic instillations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Trauma inpatient and OR experience
- ATLS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
Key Duties
- Cover a minimum of 8 shifts per month
- See approximately 15 patients daily
- Support hospital operations across various shifts (day, swing, night)
