Locums Job Opportunity in SC for Obstetrics Gynecologist

About the role

This locum tenens OB/GYN position involves working in a clinic with scheduled hours Monday–Wednesday 8 am–5 pm and Thursday–Friday 8 am–12 pm, seeing 30–35 patients per day and managing 6–12 deliveries daily. The role includes clinic, hotel pager call, and in‑house call coverage with a call ratio of 1:8 (half‑day post pager call). Each locum is supported by an assigned medical assistant and nurse in a dedicated pod, and the position requires full‑scope OB/GYN clinic and call skills. Two locums are needed each day to cover the clinic.

Responsibilities

• See 30‑35 patients per day in the clinic
• Manage 6‑12 deliveries per day
• Provide clinic, hotel pager call, and in‑house call coverage
• Maintain a call ratio of 1:8 with half‑day post pager call
• Collaborate with an assigned medical assistant and nurse
