Locums Interventional Radiologist

About the role

This role involves providing mixed outpatient and inpatient care, including admissions, rounding, and emergency procedures such as embolization, angiograms, thrombolysis, and IVC filter placement/removal.

Responsibilities

• Perform urgent interventional radiology procedures such as splenic, hepatic, and pelvic embolizations, nephrostomies, cholecystostomies, and abscess drainages.
• Interpret diagnostic cases between procedures.
• Supported by a dedicated recruiter who manages logistics, credentialing, and details.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates possess relevant IR experience and diagnostic interpretation skills. We seek a qualified interventional radiologist capable of handling diverse procedures with minimal supervision, ensuring quality patient care and efficient workflow.

Schedule

Work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with no call required.
