Locums Interventional Cardiologist

About the role

This locum tenens position provides cardiology coverage with a schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekend call (1:4) and night call (5:00 PM to 7:00 AM).

Responsibilities

• Perform approximately 1,000 procedures annually, including 300 coronary procedures
• Conduct at least 2 catheterizations daily
• Manage rounding for 10–20 patients, supported by an advanced practice provider
• See 12–14 patients on clinic days

Requirements

Relevant clinical expertise and procedural proficiency in cardiology.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $325 to $400 hourly, all-inclusive.
