Locums Infectious Disease Physician

Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient services with complex infectious disease cases
• See 20-40 patients daily, including 6-8 new consults
• Provide general adult infectious disease care
• Cover a busy service with a split census among providers
• Provide comprehensive inpatient infectious disease care
• Collaborate with a team to ensure continuity of care
• Coverage required through the end of the year

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have general adult infectious disease skills
• Ability to handle complex cases in an inpatient setting
