Locums General Surgeon

About the role

This role involves providing outpatient wound care and hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatments in a dedicated outpatient facility with 8 exam rooms and an HBO suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage 12-20 outpatient wound visits and 1-4 HBO treatments daily
• Perform wound debridements, compression therapy, wound vacs, and I&D procedures
• Oversee HBO treatments
• Document care via an online portal
• Provide expert wound care services to adult and geriatric patients

Requirements

• ACLS certification
• Relevant experience in wound management

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, with no weekends or call.

Pay

Competitive hourly compensation from $150.00 to $200.00.
