Locums Gastroenterologist Position

About the Role

This position involves providing gastroenterology services with a focus on Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) patients. The role requires experience with biologic treatments and knowledge of adenoma detection rates.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15-17 cases daily, primarily focused on IBD
• Interpret fibro scans
• Perform gastroenterology procedures
• Provide patient management and care
• Complete documentation via an online portal
• Take call duties and maintain hospital privileges

Requirements

• Strong clinical skills in gastroenterology
• Experience with biologic treatments
• Familiarity with adenoma detection

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with call duties.
