Locums Family Practice Physician

About the role

We are seeking a healthcare professional experienced in managing a diverse patient caseload, including chronic disease, acute, preventive, and mental health visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide care 4-5 days per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm
• See 18-22 patients daily
• Focus on opioid use disorder treatment and substance use disorder management
• Prescribe controlled substances comfortably (required)
• Perform minor procedures (preferred)

Requirements

• Experience in opioid use disorder and mental health care
• Comfort with prescribing controlled substances
• Minor procedures experience is a plus
