Locums Family Practice/Obstetrics Physician

About the Role

This position involves providing clinical care in a busy outpatient setting with a focus on obstetrics and surgical procedures. The provider will handle a high patient volume, perform deliveries, and manage patient cases while maintaining quality care.

Responsibilities

• Manage 16+ patients daily in a clinic environment
• Perform 12-14 deliveries per month
• Conduct surgical procedures as required
• Provide 24-hour call coverage, including weekdays and weekends
• Maintain NRP certification
• Ensure accurate documentation and online time entry

Requirements

• Current NRP certification
• Proficiency in surgical procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Strong communication and patient management skills
