About the role
This role involves providing full-spectrum family medicine with an emphasis on OB support, including newborn circumcisions in a hospital setting and collaboration with a midwifery practice. The organization is a charter member of NALTO and additional details are managed through an online portal.
Responsibilities
- Supporting baby deliveries
- Assisting during C-sections (not performing)
- Maintaining oversight with the midwifery team
- Managing a clinic schedule of 12 to 18 patients daily
- Supporting hospital procedures
- Ensuring quality patient care
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills
- Teamwork
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Preferred: waterbirth experience or knowledge
