Locums Emergency Medicine Physician

About the role

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage in a community ED setting. The role involves working 10-hour shifts with variable start times, covering days, evenings, and nights, with 11-15 shifts guaranteed per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 23 patients per shift
• Support stroke activations and cardiac cath labs
• Receive newborn deliveries with L&D department support
• Deliver high-quality emergency care
• Support critical procedures
• Ensure patient safety

Requirements

• Board certification in emergency medicine (ABEM)
• Relevant experience in emergency medicine
