This role involves providing outpatient electrophysiology (EP) services with a focus on Afib ablations and general EP procedures, excluding VT, PVC, and extractions. Responsibilities include managing a clinic schedule with 12 patients per shift on clinic days and 3-4 patients on lab days, with a procedural mix of 30-40% and clinic duties covering 60-70%. Key duties involve performing EP procedures in a facility equipped with 2 EP labs and an OR hybrid, utilizing Epic EMR. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of post-fellowship experience. Skills required are proficiency in outpatient EP procedures, strong patient management, and familiarity with Epic. Additional details include no call, no holidays, and outpatient-only work with no rounding or admissions. Compensation ranges from $320.00 to $412.00 hourly, inclusive of base pay and potential earnings.
