Locums Electrophysiologist

This role involves providing outpatient electrophysiology (EP) services with a focus on AFLB ablations and general EP procedures, excluding VT, PVC, or extractions. It offers a balanced schedule of 60-70% clinic and 30-40% procedural work, with responsibilities including managing 12 patients on clinic days and 3-4 on lab days. The position features a Monday to Friday schedule, with no call or holiday requirements, and utilizes an Epic EMR system. Clinics are equipped with 2 EP labs and an OR hybrid, with 2-4 exam rooms available. The role requires a minimum 6-month commitment, suitable for long-term engagement. Key duties include performing AFLB ablations, managing outpatient care, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications include relevant EP experience and skills in outpatient and procedural settings. Compensation ranges from $320.00 to $412.00 hourly, including base pay, overtime, and holiday pay, with arrangements made for housing, travel, and malpractice coverage. Additional support includes streamlined credentialing, an online portal for assignment details, and dedicated recruiter assistance.
