Locums Dermatologist Opportunity

This role involves providing outpatient dermatology services in a clinic setting, with a focus on general dermatology procedures such as full body scans, acne treatments, biopsies, and excisions. Cosmetic procedures are a bonus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• See 40–45 patients daily over three days per week (Monday, Thursday, Friday).
• Manage an outpatient clinic with an 85% adult and 15% pediatric patient mix.
• Perform a variety of dermatology procedures, including full body scans, biopsies, and excisions.
• Provide ongoing coverage until a permanent hire is secured.

Qualifications And Skills

• Board certification in dermatology.
• Ability to handle a high-volume patient load in an outpatient setting.

Additional Details

• Compensation ranges from $225.00 to $300.00 hourly, all-inclusive.
• Responsibilities include credentialing, handling malpractice coverage, and managing travel and housing arrangements, with support from a dedicated recruiter.
