About the role
Certified CRNA to provide anesthesia services at a Level 1 trauma center facility.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia across diverse cases within all CRNA scopes of practice, excluding open heart/thoracic, pediatrics, obstetrics, and peripheral nerve blocks.
- Cover multiple operating rooms and anesthesia locations.
- Provide care for patients ages 13 to end of life.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CRNA.
- Recent inpatient or outpatient trauma experience.
- Board certification as a CRNA.
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Active VA license.
- At least one year of experience in an Academic Medical Center or Level 1 trauma setting.
- COVID and Flu vaccines required.
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility.
- Credentialing must be completed within 30 days.
Schedule
- Four 10-hour shifts weekly, including weekends if possible.
