Locums Cardiologist Physician

About the role

We are seeking a locum Cardiologist for ongoing inpatient assignments near Jackson, OH.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient cardiology services, including non-invasive procedures, echocardiography, TEE, Nuclear Cardiology, and STEMI cases.
• Cover inpatient rounding and pager call, with some weekday call responsibilities.
• Split patient load with an independent nurse practitioner in a busy practice.

Requirements

• Board certification in Cardiology.
• OH medical license or IMLC.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Experience with TEE, tilt table, and conscious sedation.

Additional Details

• EMR: MediTech.
• Privileging in 45 days or less with a clean file.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Pay

Compensation includes hourly pay, housing, car rental & gas, parking, tolls, baggage fees, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
