About the role
Seeking a dedicated inpatient physician for ongoing locum tenens coverage in a busy hospital setting. The role involves 100% inpatient work with no mid-level support, requiring solo coverage.
Responsibilities
- Manage 6-12 consults daily
- Review 10-20 patients on rounds
- Perform 5-10 echocardiograms daily
- Perform 5-10 nuclear reads daily (TEE preferred but not required)
Schedule
- Shifts: primarily 7am-7pm
- Call: 4-5 nights per week
- Work one week per month with ongoing availability
Requirements
- Relevant echocardiography and nuclear imaging skills
- Experience in inpatient care
