Locums Anesthesiologist Opportunity

About the Role

Deliver anesthesia services in outpatient and inpatient settings, managing an average of 6 cases daily alongside 2-3 MDs per day. Provide a range of anesthesia techniques, including general, OB, spinal, epidural, and obstetric anesthesia, with experience caring for patients as young as 1-2 years old.

Participate in weekend and weeknight call rotations, with up to 1-2 weekends per month. Maintain a long-term coverage commitment of at least 3 weeks per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Participate in on-call duties, including weekends and weeknights.
• Ensure patient safety across all anesthesia procedures.
• Manage documentation and assignment details via an online portal.
• Maintain long-term coverage commitments as required.

Requirements

• Certification in pediatric anesthesia.
• Experience with diverse anesthesia techniques, including general, OB, spinal, epidural, and obstetric anesthesia.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to varying schedules, including call rotations.
