Locum Veterinarian

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Veterinarian to work as on a locum/relief basis in Emergency or Emergency/Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and critical care services as needed
• Treat a variety of animal medical conditions
• Perform diagnostic tests and treatments
• Communicate effectively with clients and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Current license to practice veterinary medicine
• Experience in emergency or critical care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, other relevant credentials and shift time. The pay range for this position is $1800.00 to $2500.00 per shift.

Schedule

Shifts are available on a locum/relief basis.
