Pay

$85/hour - $95/hour

Schedule and Coverage

  • 13-week assignment starting 11-01-26
  • Scheduled shifts plus on-call required
  • Standard 5-day workweek, 9-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00)

About the Role

  • Temporary locum tenens Physician Assistant position in an outpatient clinic
  • Provide comprehensive urology care under the supervision of a licensed physician

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients
  • Conduct patient histories and physical examinations
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications
  • Perform procedures as authorized by state regulations and the supervising physician
  • Educate and counsel patients on preventative care and health management
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Document medical records accurately and thoroughly
  • Stay current on advancements in medicine through continuing education

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from an accredited program
  • Active, unencumbered PA license in Washington
  • National certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • At least one year of clinical experience in urology (preferred)
