Locum Tenens Surgical Critical Care Physician

Role: Provide coverage in a hospital surgical critical care environment, managing acute surgical cases, trauma calls, and ED consults. Responsibilities: Treat adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients, handle high patient volumes (over 30 per day), and utilize the Epic EMR system. Manage a variety of urgent cases in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications and Skills: ATLS certification required, scopes preferred. Must have experience in surgical critical care, trauma, and emergency medicine. Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently are essential. Key Duties: Provide ongoing coverage, handle diverse patient populations, and ensure quality care in a critical care environment. Maintain documentation and coordinate with hospital staff.
