Locum Tenens Radiologist

About the role

This locum tenens radiology position provides outpatient imaging services in a clinic setting, covering emergency department, inpatients, and scheduled outpatients.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging with a light interventional radiology component (95/5 split)
• Conduct fluoroscopy, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and imaging-guided biopsies
• Manage long-term coverage assignments
• Utilize an online portal for assignment details
• Maintain high-quality patient care

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no call requirement. Approximately 20 shifts per month.

Qualifications

• Radiology expertise
• Proficiency in fluoroscopy and interventional procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a clinic-based environment
