OnePeak Medical is seeking a Locum Tenens Provider to support our growing clinics in our Southern Oregon markets. This role is ideal for a mission-driven clinician who values a patient-centered, root-cause approach to care and is comfortable stepping into an established practice to provide high-quality coverage.
Assignment Details
- Flexible locum assignment (full-time or part-time options available)
- Coverage needed across the following clinic locations: Medford, Central Point, Talent, Grants Pass, Coos Bay, Roseburg, North Bend, White City, Ashland, Klamath Falls
- Assignment length: 3 months with option to extend
- This is a non-benefited position
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
- Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
- Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
- Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
- Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner
- Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
- Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner*, PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience is a plus)
- Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficient in using electronic health records
- Nurse Practitioner Licenses Accepted:
- FNP – Family Nurse Practitioner
- AGNP – Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner
- AGNP-PC – Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner
