Locum Tenens Pediatric Anesthesiologist

About the role

This role involves providing anesthesia services in a hospital setting for high-acuity pediatric and neonatal surgical cases, including cardiac procedures. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of surgeons and cardiologists.

Responsibilities

• Manage hemodynamic monitoring and resuscitation
• Deliver anesthesia care for pediatric and neonatal patients, including ASA-5E cases
• Ensure patient safety during approximately 300 cardiac bypass and 500 cardiac surgical cases annually
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Expertise in pediatric and neonatal anesthesia
• Proficiency in hemodynamic management and resuscitation skills
• Ability to handle high-acuity cases, including ASA-5E patients

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts.
