Locum Tenens Pediatric Anesthesiologist

About the role

Seeking a pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist for an inpatient practice with a focus on pediatric cardiac cases, including Cath/EP lab support.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for open heart, spinal, neonatal, and general surgeries.
• Perform central line and arterial line placements.
• Manage 3-4 patients during 24-hour call periods.
• Support an 8-operating room facility with ongoing coverage.
• Participate in beeper call with a 1:2 ratio.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in pediatric cardiac anesthesia.
• Experience in pediatric cardiac, neonatal, and general anesthesia.
• Skills in open heart procedures and line placements.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $350 to $450, inclusive of base pay, overtime, call, and holiday pay.
