Locum Tenens PA - Family Practice

About the role

We are seeking a healthcare professional to provide patient care for primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families, serving patients aged 6 months and up.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient visits during 8- or 9-hour shifts, seeing an average of 20-27 patients daily
• Incorporate walk-in patients into scheduling
• Provide comprehensive care while adhering to scheduling guidelines that prevent back-to-back complex visits

Requirements

• Proficiency in handling diverse patient needs across age groups
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, especially with Spanish-speaking populations

Pay

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $70.00 to $90.00, including potential overtime and holiday pay.
