Locum Tenens Obstetrics Gynecologist

About the role

This is a call-only physician position that includes holiday shifts, with responsibilities covering inpatient and call duties. The role involves managing low-risk pregnancies, with skills required in vaginal delivery and C-section. Experience in high-risk OB, ultrasounds, and amniocentesis is preferred.

Responsibilities

The provider will be responsible for handling approximately 2-4 patients per 24-hour call period, with a call response time of 15-20 minutes. Key responsibilities include handling about 400 deliveries annually and managing low-risk pregnancies.
