Locum Tenens Obstetrics Gynecologist

About the role

This hospital-based position provides full OB/GYN services with full OB privileges, including cesarean and operative vaginal deliveries. You will manage high-risk pregnancies, support the CNM team as second call within 20 minutes, and cover Labor & Delivery, inpatient, ER, and clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform 14–18 patient visits per day
• Manage high-risk pregnancies and complex cases
• Provide cesarean and operative vaginal deliveries
• Support the CNM team as second call (response within 20 minutes)
• Cover Labor & Delivery, inpatient, ER, and clinic shifts
• Interact with family medicine residents
• Handle call coverage, patient management, and leave coverage

Requirements

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Clinical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology
• Ability to manage complex and high-risk cases
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
