About the role

Seeking a physician for inpatient hospital coverage with responsibilities from 7 am to 5 pm, including on-call duties. The role involves managing 15-20 patients, providing stroke services, stroke alerts, and administering tPA in a hospital setting.

Schedule

Coverage is typically on a 7 days on, 7 days off rotation.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15-20 inpatients during each shift
• Respond to stroke alerts and provide stroke services
• Administer tPA as needed
• Ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Appropriate medical licensure
• ACLS certification
• Experience in stroke care and stroke protocols
• Ability to work independently in a hospital environment
• Excellent communication skills
