About the role

Provide inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology coverage in a facility setting, including 24/7 ED call. Outpatient clinic consists of two half‑days per week (Monday & Tuesday) with 5‑10 patients per half‑day. Inpatient census is five or fewer patients per day. Procedures include ERCP, EUS, endoscopy with biopsy, and management of GI bleeds.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 ED call for inpatient and outpatient coverage
• Cover outpatient clinic two half‑days per week (Monday & Tuesday)
• See 5‑10 outpatient patients per half‑day
• Manage 5 or fewer inpatient patients per day
• Perform ERCP, EUS, endoscopy with biopsy, and treat GI bleeds
• Maintain hospital privileges
