About the role
DOCS Health is seeking General Dentists to provide quality dental care through both in‑clinic practices and mobile RHRP events. This flexible, temporary opportunity allows you to work in a traditional clinical setting caring for military dependents and families while also participating in mobile dental events that support military readiness. It is ideal for dentists looking for additional work, temporary coverage, or a schedule that fits your availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to military dependents and families, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic care.
- Develop treatment plans and educate patients on oral health.
- Provide coverage for vacation, sick time, and other staffing needs.
- Work alongside a supportive dental team in a professional clinical environment.
- Conduct dental exams, screenings, and treatment during mobile RHRP events.
- Support military readiness by helping service members meet required dental standards.
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical and logistics team using provided mobile equipment, supplies, and materials.

- As‑needed temporary/locums opportunities.
- Coverage may be available any day of the week.

Requirements
- DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. dental program.
- Active, unrestricted dental license.
- 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a Real ID‑compliant driver’s license prior to start date.
- Ability to meet required physical, vaccination, and immunization requirements.
