About the role
Seeking a locum tenens provider for hospital coverage with a caseload that includes standard cases, obstetrics, general surgeries, orthopedics, and urology. The role involves handling a mix of adult (90%), pediatric (2.5%), and OB C-sections (2.5%) cases, and requires the ability to perform blocks.
Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 75 deliveries annually
- Provide quality patient care in a hospital setting
- Perform standard cases, obstetrics, general surgeries, orthopedics, and urology procedures
- Handle blocks and a patient mix of adult, pediatric, and OB C-sections
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm
- On-call duties each night and every weekend
