Locum Tenens Cardiologist

About the Role

This position involves inpatient rounding and diagnostic reads, including performing echocardiograms, stress tests, and nuclear medicine reads.

Responsibilities

• Perform up to 200 echocardiograms, 5 TEEs, and 40 nuclear medicine reads monthly
• Conduct inpatient rounds with a maximum of 5 patients per coverage period
• Perform diagnostic imaging and interpretation
• Provide phone consultation only
• Participate in weekend rounds as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in echocardiography, stress testing, and nuclear medicine
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent communication abilities for phone consultations
