About the role
Seeking a hospital-based cardiologist to provide inpatient consultation services.
Responsibilities
- Manage 10-20 patients daily
- Perform nuclear cardiology, transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), and diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures
- Deliver high-quality inpatient cardiology care
- Participate in call rotations (weeknight and weekend)
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation
- APP handles first call; MD callbacks are remote
- Provide 24-hour access to a dedicated consultant
- Manage assignments through an online portal
Qualifications
- Expertise in nuclear cardiology, TTE, TEE, and diagnostic cardiac catheterization
