Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist

Role Overview

This position involves hospital-based anesthesia coverage, including cases in ENDO, OB/GYN, ortho, urology, ophthalmology, and general surgery. The provider will handle epidurals, spinals, and nerve blocks, with privileges required to practice onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services during scheduled shifts, including day shifts and call hours (7 pm - 7 am) with a 20-minute call requirement
• Participate in leave coverage opportunities
• Ensure patient safety and quality care

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have anesthesia licensure and hospital privileges
• Experience with epidurals, spinals, and nerve blocks is required
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential
